Adults only

You must be 18 or older. You must not upload a minor. You confirm both each time you render, in the confirmation line above the render button. We can block a browser session that breaks this rule.

Permission

You confirm that you have the right to use every portrait. Do not upload a person who has not agreed, and do not use a clip to impersonate someone, to harass them, or to pass the clip off as a real performance.

Parody

AI-generated parody. Not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band. Do not present the output as a broadcast, a press photo, or a statement by any performer. Use is personal and non-commercial.

Sound, faces, and names

The song and the recording belong to their rights holders. Paying for a clip does not give you permission to use the music, to pair that recording with a new picture, to use the master, to use someone’s likeness, or to use a trademark. A platform where you post may mute the clip, take it down, or show it to fewer people. The silent download is there for that case.

Credits

One credit renders one clip, for one seat or five. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription and no starter credit. A failed, refused, or timed-out render returns the credit. See Refunds for money back.

The renderer can refuse a photo

If the provider rejects a portrait, you get the credit back and no file. That is the expected result for some images. Do not keep retrying with photos of public figures.

No account: guest checkout and your access link

There is no sign-in. The first time you buy, upload, or render, this browser gets a guest session that lasts up to a year. Credits and clips belong to that session. Stripe collects your email at checkout for the receipt.

After payment, and when a clip is ready, you get a personal access link. Anyone with the link can use your clips and credits, so keep it private. Opening it on another device moves you there too. If you clear browser data or lose the device without the link, we may not be able to restore access. You can make a new link from Clip balance; the old one stops working.

Deleting your data

Delete my clips and data, on Clip balance, removes your clips, any portraits still stored, unused credits, and the access link. It cannot be undone. Payment records kept by Stripe are not affected.
