Who this is for
The site is for adults. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. The confirmation line you tick before each render records that you are 18 or older and so is everyone shown.
What we store
There are no accounts and no sign-in. When you first buy, upload, or render, we create a guest record with a random id and set a session cookie (httpOnly, up to one year) that ties this browser to it. Stripe processes the card payment and collects your email; we keep that email with the order and the guest record, and the pack, the amount, and whether it was paid. We use the email for the Stripe receipt and, if we send email, to send your access link and a note when a clip finishes. We do not use it for marketing. We store the portraits you upload and the clips we make. Your access link is stored only as a one-way hash plus an encrypted copy so we can show it to you again. If you arrive with utm_source, we set a first-party cookie named dl_attr for 60 days so we can see which campaign the visit came from. That cookie is not sold.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which we run on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not use local storage. For each public page view it records the page address, the referring site or campaign tag, browser, operating system, device type, and an approximate location worked out from the IP address. Plausible does not store the IP address or the full browser string. To count unique visitors it uses a one-way hash that changes every 24 hours, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next or across other sites. We look only at totals, such as how many people opened a page. We do not send page views from private pages (your clips, access links, billing, and settings), and we remove other query parameters before a page address is sent. We do not measure outbound clicks, downloads, or form submissions.
Portraits
A portrait is deleted within 48 hours. A daily job removes uploaded portraits older than that. A draft that never leaves your browser is dropped after 24 hours.
Videos
A finished clip stays until you delete it on Your clips. Delete my clips and data, on Clip balance, removes every clip, portrait, credit, and access link we stored for your guest session.
The video provider
NanoAPI receives a temporary link to each portrait and to the template while a job runs. Their documentation says output files on their CDN are not given an expiry and that they do not offer a delete API. We copy the file into our own storage. We cannot promise that their copy is removed. Say so if you ask us about a likeness: we can delete our copy, and we will forward a request to them, but their copy may remain.
Faces
We do not offer face search, and we do not keep a face template after the portrait is deleted. The renderer does see the portrait while the job runs. That is not a biometric product you can query later.
Processors
Vercel hosts the app, Neon holds the database, Cloudflare R2 holds files, Stripe takes payment and collects the receipt email, NanoAPI renders video, and our own Plausible Analytics server counts visits. If we send you email, Resend delivers it.
