A failed render

If the provider returns a failure, the job cannot be created, the result cannot be saved after three tries, or nothing arrives within 15 minutes, the credit is returned. A system-style failure may be tried once before that return. A content refusal is not tried again.

Money back on an unused pack

A pack with no credits spent can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Email support@tinydeskaivideo.pro with the subject Refund and the email you entered at checkout.

A broken result

If the file is clearly damaged, email us within 7 days. We can return the credit or refund the money for that render.

A Stripe refund of the whole charge

When Stripe marks the charge fully refunded, unused credits from that pack are removed from the balance. Credits already spent on a finished clip stay spent.
